Moonlite is a super genuine first pony who has been one of our most popular riding school ponies, for the past three years. However in the spring of this year she suddenly developed sweetich!

Sadly this means that Moonlite needs to find a home away from ponds, streams and rivers (which we have lots of at Riding Farm!) and be looked after by someone who can manage her sweetich.

As her name suggests Moonlite is as ‘sweet as candy’, with a loving, kind, gentle nature and is brilliant with small children.

Moonlite has taken part in both group and private lessons for our smaller and younger riders, both on and off the lead rein, giving them confidence with flatwork, lungeing, gymkhanas and over a small course of fences.

She is an absolute pleasure to be around on the yard and in the stable, where she loves a fuss, and is easy to groom and tack up.

Moonlite happily lives out in a herd with both mares and geldings and is super easy to catch.

Moonlite is good with the farrier and is currently unshod. She is also as good as gold to clip.

She was vetted by DEFRA on 4 June 2025, for our Riding School, with no recommendations or issues.
