Payment and Booking Terms

Payment Methods
We are unable to accept payment by credit card.
However, we accept payment by cash. You can also pay for our lessons and events with Riding Farm gift vouchers.

Late Payment
A late payment fee will apply if payment is not provided on the day of the lesson.

Cancellation Policy
Please note that 24 HOURS NOTICED IS REQUIRED FOR LESSON CANCELLATION, otherwise a cancellation charge will apply. For private and semi-private lessons, the cancellation charge is the full amount; for half hour group lessons it is £5; and for all other group lessons it is £10.
Lesson cancellations or amendments MUST be made by telephone.

Requesting a Particular Instructor
On mid-week days, we will endeavour to give you the instructor that you have requested but due to operational circumstances, this may not always be possible.

On weekend days, an instructor may be requested but RFEC make no guarantees that the instructor will be available to teach your lesson.
